Todd is the director of culture and strategic leadership at Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association.
His accolades include being the White House Champion of Change, Top 10 Finalist for the 2018 John C Maxwell Transformational Leadership Award, 2015 Bammy Award Recipient for Elementary Principal of the Year, 2014 Bammy Award Recipient for Elementary Teacher of the Year, 2014 TCEA Classroom Teacher of the Year, 2013 NSBA “20 to Watch”, CDE “Top 40 Innovators in Education”, Classroom Champions Teacher, and the Scholastic Principal Advisory Board.
Todd is the author of “Stories from Webb” and also the co-author of “Kids Deserve It!” and “Flipping 2.0” as well as the author of children’s book “Spruce & Lucy”
